THE ASSIGNMENT
Through an internship at Bowater Credit Union, I was asked to create a series of versatile ads for the seasonal car loan promotions. The ads needed to have a strong connection with the credit union's brand without requiring the logo as well as connect logically with the viewer, rather than emotionally. Car loans are things that people tend to get after thinking a lot about it. It isn't an emotional decision, most of the time. 

THE PROCESS
I used the credit union's colors to convey the brand without needed the logo in every version of the ad. I decided the keep the ad incredibly simple and clean so as to keep the information front and center. The most important thing for the target audience to take away from this ad is that they can get great low rates through the credit union as well as maintaining low monthly payments. As long as the ads can get that information to stick with them, then it has achieved what it set out to do.
